Cookies are small files a website can store on your device, usually to remember something between pages or visits.
This site does not set any cookies of its own. We do use one piece of local storage, on the same basis as a cookie, purely to remember your choice from the cookie banner so we don't ask you again on your next visit. This stays on your device only, and is never sent to us.
The booking form on this site is provided by Tally, and the appointment calendar by Cal.com. Both are separate companies, and both may set their own cookies once you accept them, to make the form and calendar work (for example, to keep your answers as you move through the form, or to hold your slot while you complete a booking).
We don't control exactly which cookies Tally and Cal.com set, as this is determined by their own systems and can change. For full detail, see their own policies:
Nothing from Tally or Cal.com loads until you accept cookies on this site. If you'd rather not, you can still browse the whole site, and you can book by calling 07830 805461 instead.
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to understand how people arrive at this site from our Facebook and Instagram adverts, and to measure whether those adverts are working. It sets cookies such as _fbp, and if you're logged into Facebook in the same browser, Meta may also link your visit to your Facebook account.
This runs only once you've accepted cookies, and it fires on this page and on the booking confirmation page (to record that a booking was completed). It does not run on this Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions or Refund Policy page.
For what Meta does with this data, see Meta's Privacy Policy and its page on the Meta Pixel.
The typefaces on this site are hosted on our own server rather than Google's. That means no request for this site's text ever reaches Google, and no data is shared with them just to display a page.
When you first visit, we ask whether you're happy to accept cookies from Tally, Cal.com and the Meta Pixel. You can accept, or choose "necessary cookies only", which keeps the rest of the site working normally but leaves the online booking form and the Meta Pixel switched off.
To change your mind later, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser settings, and you'll be asked again on your next visit.
Most browsers let you see, delete and block cookies through their settings. Search your browser's help pages for "cookies" for instructions specific to it (for example Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge). Blocking all cookies may stop some parts of other websites working properly, not just this one.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data more generally.
